Deebo! Terms & Conditions of Use

Last updated: 31 Jan 2026

Introduction

Welcome to Deebo! ("Deebo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Deebo website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Deebo. They apply whether you are:

  • browsing the Platform,
  • creating or managing events,
  • purchasing tickets,
  • participating in votes, contests, or experiences, or
  • interacting with other users.

By accessing or using Deebo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Where permitted by law, the Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Who We Are

Deebo! is a technology platform that enables creators, event organisers, brands, and organisations to create events, sell tickets, run votes or interactive experiences, and engage audiences digitally and physically.

Deebo does not organise events, own tickets, control venues, or perform services on behalf of creators unless expressly stated otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • changes in the law,
  • changes to the Platform,
  • new features, or
  • operational or security requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of Deebo after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you must stop using the Platform.

Platform Role and Nature of the Service

Deebo is a neutral technology platform.

We provide tools and infrastructure that allow:

  • creators and organisers ("Creators") to publish events, experiences, or votes, and
  • users or attendees ("Users") to discover, engage with, and participate in those offerings.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Deebo is not a party to any agreement between Creators and Users.
  • Any contract for tickets, access, goods, prizes, or experiences exists directly between the Creator and the User.
  • Creators are solely responsible for their events, content, fulfilment, refunds, compliance with laws, and communication with Users.

Deebo does not guarantee:

  • the quality, safety, legality, or success of any event,
  • that tickets will be available,
  • that votes or contests will produce a specific outcome, or
  • that Creators will meet their obligations.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

To create a Deebo account, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or
  • have permission from a parent or legal guardian where legally required.

By using Deebo, you confirm that:

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and
  • any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

If you use Deebo on behalf of a business, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts and Registration

Some features of Deebo require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide truthful and accurate information,
  • keep your account details up to date, and
  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Deebo is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • provide false or misleading information,
  • violate these Terms,
  • engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or
  • pose risk to the Platform, Users, or third parties.

Communications and Notifications

By using Deebo, you consent to receive communications related to your use of the Platform, including:

  • transactional emails,
  • ticket confirmations,
  • account notices,
  • security alerts, and
  • service-related messages.

Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional or marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, but transactional messages are essential to Platform functionality and cannot be disabled.

Availability of the Platform

We aim to provide reliable access to Deebo, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance,
  • system upgrades,
  • technical failures, or
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Deebo is not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability or technical interruptions.

Creators, Organisers, and Event Responsibilities

If you create, publish, manage, or promote events, tickets, votes, contests, or experiences on Deebo ("Creators"), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information you publish.
  • You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licences, and approvals required to host your event or experience.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including consumer protection, tax, safety, accessibility, and data protection laws.
  • You are responsible for handling all customer service, attendee communication, refunds, disputes, cancellations, postponements, or changes relating to your event.

Deebo does not verify, endorse, or guarantee Creator content, events, prizes, or fulfilment.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any event or Creator account that we reasonably believe:

  • violates these Terms,
  • poses legal or reputational risk,
  • misleads Users, or
  • harms the integrity of the Platform.

User Participation and Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

  • use Deebo for lawful purposes only,
  • provide accurate information when registering or transacting,
  • respect other Users, Creators, and the Platform, and
  • comply with all applicable laws and venue rules related to events you attend.

You acknowledge that:

  • access to events is subject to venue rules and Creator conditions,
  • tickets or access rights may be revoked if rules are violated, and
  • Deebo is not responsible for decisions made by Creators or venues.

Tickets, Access Rights, and Digital Passes

Tickets, digital passes, or access credentials made available on Deebo:

  • are issued by Creators, not Deebo,
  • may be subject to additional terms set by the Creator or venue,
  • may be non-transferable or limited, and
  • may be revoked for misuse, fraud, or breach of rules.

Deebo does not guarantee entry, seating, or experience quality. Entry decisions rest solely with the event organiser or venue.

Payments, Fees, and Transactions

Payments made through Deebo may be processed via third-party payment processors.

By completing a transaction, you agree that:

  • payment processing is subject to the payment processor's own terms and policies,
  • Deebo may receive transaction-related data necessary to operate the Platform,
  • fees charged by Deebo or payment providers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise, and
  • refunds, if any, are governed by the Creator's policies and applicable law.

Deebo is not responsible for:

  • payment processor failures,
  • chargebacks initiated by Users,
  • delayed settlements, or
  • disputes between Creators and Users regarding payments.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Creators are responsible for communicating:

  • cancellations,
  • postponements,
  • venue changes,
  • lineup changes, or
  • material alterations to events.

Refund eligibility and processing are determined by the Creator's stated policies and applicable law. Deebo does not issue refunds on behalf of Creators unless explicitly stated.

Votes, Contests, and Interactive Features

Where Deebo enables voting, contests, rankings, or interactive experiences:

  • outcomes are determined by system rules disclosed at the time of participation,
  • Deebo does not guarantee fairness beyond the technical operation of the system,
  • Creators are responsible for prize fulfilment where applicable, and
  • Deebo may audit, suspend, or invalidate participation where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

Automated voting, bots, manipulation, or abuse of interactive features is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Deebo to:

  • engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity,
  • harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others,
  • distribute malware, spam, or harmful code,
  • infringe intellectual property rights,
  • exploit minors,
  • collect personal data without lawful basis, or
  • interfere with Platform security or performance.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any misuse, including account suspension, content removal, or legal action.

Content Ownership and User-Generated Content

All content submitted, uploaded, published, or otherwise made available on Deebo by Users or Creators ("User Content") remains owned by the party that created it.

By submitting User Content to Deebo, you grant Deebo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and promote such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Platform and related services.

You confirm that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit,
  • your User Content does not infringe third-party rights, and
  • your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Platform Content and Intellectual Property

All platform content provided by Deebo, including but not limited to:

  • software,
  • interfaces,
  • branding,
  • logos,
  • designs,
  • layouts,
  • graphics,
  • animations,
  • copy,
  • features, and
  • system logic

(collectively, "Deebo Content") is owned by or licensed to Deebo and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit Deebo Content,
  • use Deebo branding without permission,
  • create derivative works based on the Platform, or
  • use Deebo Content for commercial purposes without written consent.

Brand Use and Publicity

By using Deebo as a Creator, you grant Deebo the right to:

  • display your event name, logo, and publicly available content,
  • reference your event or brand as a Deebo customer or partner, and
  • showcase anonymised or aggregated platform usage for marketing or reporting.

If you wish to opt out of promotional use, you may request removal in writing, subject to reasonable processing time.

Moderation and Content Removal

Deebo reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to:

  • monitor User Content,
  • remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms,
  • suspend or terminate accounts associated with misuse, or
  • take action required by law or platform safety.

We may remove content without prior notice where we reasonably believe it:

  • violates these Terms,
  • is misleading or harmful,
  • infringes rights,
  • poses legal risk, or
  • undermines trust or platform integrity.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Deebo may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment processors, social platforms, analytics providers, or external tools.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. Deebo is not responsible for:

  • third-party service availability,
  • data handling beyond what is required for integration,
  • third-party actions, errors, or outages.

You acknowledge that third-party services may change or discontinue at any time.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of Deebo is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

Where Creators collect personal data from Users or attendees:

  • Creators act as data controllers,
  • Deebo acts as a processor where applicable, and
  • Creators are responsible for lawful data collection, notices, and consent.

You agree not to collect excessive, sensitive, or unnecessary personal data through the Platform.

Security and Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • attempt to bypass Platform security,
  • scrape data without authorisation,
  • use bots or automation to manipulate activity,
  • overload or interfere with Platform systems.

Any security breach or suspected vulnerability must be reported promptly.

Account Suspension and Termination

Deebo may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • for breach of these Terms,
  • for unlawful or harmful conduct,
  • to comply with legal obligations, or
  • to protect Platform users and integrity.

Termination may result in:

  • loss of access to content or events,
  • removal of User Content, and
  • forfeiture of unused platform features, where permitted by law.

Disclaimers

Deebo provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform,
  • we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content, listings, or events,
  • we do not guarantee ticket availability, event attendance, or successful transactions.

Events, tickets, content, and experiences are provided by Creators and third parties, not Deebo.

No Responsibility for Events

Deebo is not an event organiser, venue operator, promoter, or performer.

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • event execution,
  • ticket fulfilment,
  • cancellations, postponements, changes, refunds, and disputes,
  • compliance with laws, permits, and venue rules.

Deebo has no liability for:

  • cancelled or changed events,
  • denied entry,
  • artist or venue actions,
  • event quality, safety, or outcomes.

Any disputes relating to an event must be resolved directly with the Creator.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Deebo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages,
  • this includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, reputation, or opportunity,
  • Deebo shall not be liable for device failure, network issues, outages, or third-party service failures.

Deebo's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed:

  • the total fees paid to Deebo by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or
  • £100 (or local equivalent), whichever is greater.

User Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deebo, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms,
  • your User Content,
  • your event or ticket sales,
  • your violation of laws or third-party rights,
  • disputes with Users, attendees, or third parties.

This obligation survives termination.

Force Majeure

Deebo shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters,
  • acts of government,
  • strikes,
  • internet or infrastructure failures,
  • pandemics or public health emergencies.

Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms by posting revised versions on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deebo regarding use of the Platform.

Electronic Communications

By using Deebo, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including emails, in-app notifications, and messages on the Platform.

You agree that:

  • electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice,
  • transactional messages (such as ticket confirmations, account notices, and security alerts) may be sent regardless of marketing preferences,
  • marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law and may be opted out of at any time.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Deebo may assign or transfer these Terms freely as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of assets.

Survival

The following provisions survive termination of these Terms:

  • disclaimers,
  • limitation of liability,
  • indemnity,
  • intellectual property,
  • governing law and jurisdiction,
  • dispute resolution,
  • data protection obligations,
  • any provisions intended by their nature to survive.

Third-Party Rights

Except for payment processors, Creators, and Event Partners where expressly stated, no third party shall have any rights to enforce these Terms.
